Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for the following valid reasons:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Fabric Issues: The fabric is of bad quality or not as described.
- Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item: The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
- Incomplete Order: Items are missing from the package.
- Note: A proper unboxing video is mandatory for processing returns. Ensure the video starts with the sealed package and clearly shows the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items(if others), gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.
- Return Process:
- Contact us or Email us at (boonvesture99@gmail.com) with your order details and the valid reason for return with the unboxing video as proof.
- Once approved, ship the item to the provided address.
- Shipping Cost for Returns:
- A fixed return shipping cost of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- No Cancellation and Replacement Policy:
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- We do not offer replacements for any product.
