    • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.


Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
    • Returns are accepted only for the following valid reasons:
      • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
      • Fabric Issues: The fabric is of bad quality or not as described.
      • Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged or defective.
      • Incorrect Item: The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
      • Incomplete Order: Items are missing from the package.
    • Note: A proper unboxing video is mandatory for processing returns. Ensure the video starts with the sealed package and clearly shows the issue.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items(if others), gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact us or Email us at (boonvesture99@gmail.com) with your order details and the valid reason for return with the unboxing video as proof.
    • Once approved, ship the item to the provided address.
  4. Shipping Cost for Returns:
    • A fixed return shipping cost of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  5. Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  6. No Cancellation and Replacement Policy:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
    • We do not offer replacements for any product.
